The Riot Hammer II ice tool from Edelrid is equipped with a hardened steel ice pick that has an extremely low explosive effect. A load-bearing steel spike with an opening is ideally suited for hanging a carabiner.
The Edelrid ice pick is available either with a adze or a hammer. The hammer and adze weigh the same, so the ice tools are easy to handle. Both versions weigh exactly 605 g.
